American rapper Kanye West was offered eight million dollars (around 768 million rubles) for a concert in Moscow. However, the artist initially agreed but then demanded more. According to reports, several major organizers, including SAV Entertainment, the agency of TV presenter Vladimir Pozner's wife, offered $5 million. PMI, owned by Evgeny Filkenstein, offered about $4 million, and TCI's Eduard Ratnikov offered $3 million. One of Russia's industrial companies offered West $8 million. However, the rapper later changed his mind.

Potential organizers considered several venues for the concert, including "VTB Arena," "Lukoil Arena," "VEB Arena," and "Luzhniki." During his visit to Moscow, Kanye explored the last two locations. Meanwhile, some companies continue negotiations with the rapper, increasing their fee proposals.

Kanye West and his wife, both wearing their signature leggings, were spotted in Tokyo amidst divorce rumors. The American rapper visited the Russian capital to celebrate the birthday of designer Gosha Rubchinskiy.

It was also claimed that Kanye's concert in Moscow would take place in early September, but later reports suggested otherwise.
