Two court hearings regarding singer Dolina's case will take place in Moscow on September 13.

In Moscow on September 13, two court hearings related to the case of singer Dolina will take place. The news was reported by a correspondent from the court.

One hearing will be a discussion of Dolina's lawsuit against the buyer of her apartment, Polina Lurie, seeking to invalidate the sale transaction. On the same day, a counterclaim by Lurie against Dolina will also be considered.

Dolina claims that the sale of the apartment was made under the influence of a third party's deception. On the other hand, Lurie demands that Dolina and her daughter be deprived of the right to use the property and be evicted.

Experts have suggested that the sale of the luxury property may be deemed invalid. It is suspected that the criminals convinced Dolina to sell her apartment in the center of Moscow and transfer the proceeds to a supposedly safe account. A criminal case was initiated, and a freeze was placed on Dolina's apartment. The authorities have stated that the perpetrators are currently at large.

Law enforcement agencies revealed that the 53-year-old Angela Tsirulnikova, through whom Dolina transferred a portion of the money to the fraudsters, was arrested. She later admitted her involvement in the scheme.

The new owner of the luxury apartment is a 34-year-old single mother named Polina Lurie. At the end of August, Dolina filed a lawsuit against the new owner. On September 3, it was reported that Lurie had filed a counter-lawsuit against Dolina.
